Dopo le fortunate manifestazioni degli anni scorsi, il Comune presilano di Pentone, in provincia di Catanzaro, ha organizzato la quarta edizione del Presepe Vivente, che si terrà come da tradizione nel borgo storico del paese nei giorni di sabato 16 e domenica 17 Dicembre, ed a seguire sarà ospite straordinariamente a Catanzaro, venerdì 22 e sabato 23 Dicembre, all’interno delle Gallerie del Complesso del San Giovanni.
Quest’anno sarà un Comitato, diretto dal pentonese Amerigo Marino, a coordinare i lavori dell’allestimento dei due appuntamenti natalizi cloue per Pentone e per la Città di Catanzaro, con cui collaboreranno gli importanti partner ed associazioni delle precedenti edizioni.
Le novità quest’anno sono tante ed il Presepe Vivente sarà un’occasione per riprendere il legame storico che lega la città di Catanzaro a Pentone, che nel 1200 era feudo di Catanzaro sotto la contea dei Ruffo di Calabria, capoluogo che a sua volta fu “liberata” dai pentonesi nel 1289 in occasione dell’assalto alla Città.
Dopo conferenza stampa dei giorni scorsi in Comune alla presenza del sindaco Michele Merante, a presentare ai nostri microfoni l’atteso appuntamento è stato l’assessore alla Cultura nonchè vicesindaco di Pentone, Giuditta Mattace.
