“Affronterò la campagna referendaria sulla città unica nella consapevolezza di essere stata la prima, in Consiglio regionale, a proporne la realizzazione. La città unica di Cosenza è una grande opportunità per le nuove generazioni e un’occasione di sviluppo del territorio”. Lo afferma l’on Simona Loizzo (nella foto) deputato della Lega. “Mi auguro -aggiunge Loizzo- che vi sia un confronto aperto e democratico come per ogni consultazione elettorale e ovviamente che prevalgano le ragioni del sì”. Altrettanto entusiamo manifesta il vicecapogruppo di Fratelli d’Italia alla Camera, Alfredo Antoniozzi. “Il referendum dell’1 dicembre sulla città unica di Cosenza, Rende e Castrolibero sarà un’occasione di democrazia e di partecipazione per realizzare la seconda città della Calabria”, afferma Antoniozzi. “Da sempre siamo impegnati per il sì -aggiunge Antoniozzi- e per un’unica realtà che possa dare rilievo e importanza a tutta la provincia, che da sola rappresenta oltre il 40% della regione. Ho visto che il referendum sarà impugnato e attendiamo serenamente l’esito nei tribunali amministrativi convinti che il percorso sia stato giusto e lineare”.
