La Procura di Crotone ha chiesto la condanna a due anni del vicepresidente della Giunta regionale della Calabria Filippo Maria Pietropaolo, esponente di FdI.
Pietropaolo – che all’epoca dei fatti non era ne’ consigliere regionale ne’ assessore – è imputato insieme ad altre persone nel processo di primo grado scaturito dall’inchiesta “Tempio di Hera”, risalente al 2017, relativa ad una presunta associazione a delinquere dedita al saccheggio di reperti nell’area archeologica di Capocolonna e in altri siti tra Crotone e Isola Capo Rizzuto.
Pietropaolo, già assessore nella giunta Occhiuto, ha assunto la carica di vicepresidente dell’esecutivo regionale da pochi mesi subentrando a Giusi Princi eletta al Parlamento Europeo.
La decisione del Tribunale di Crotone in merito alle richieste avanzate dal pm Matteo Staccini potrebbe arrivare tra un mese.
