“Un’ulteriore linea guida” della riforma del Tuel “consiste nella revisione della disciplina sullo scioglimento degli enti locali, al fine di valorizzarne la sua natura di misura di extrema ratio e affinare le misure di supporto e collaborazione, più leggere e flessibili, a sostegno di quegli enti locali per i quali – non ravvisandosi i presupposti per uno scioglimento – risulta dirimente, nell’ottica del recupero, un affiancamento al fine di superare le anomalie e le criticità riscontrate”. A dirlo il ministro dell’Interno, Matteo Piantedosi, intervenendo a Catanzaro a un seminario sulle autonomie locali. “Senza, quindi, mai deflettere dal contrasto alla delinquenza – ha proseguito Piantedosi – si intende introdurre meccanismi di monitoraggio e sostegno dello Stato non penalizzanti per gli enti locali e non lesivi della loro autonomia”. In questa prospettiva, ha aggiunto, “le misure di intervento considerate si rendono necessarie anche al fine di intercettare e prevenire ogni forma di ingerenza della criminalità organizzata rispetto a cospicue risorse pubbliche previste nell’ambito del Pnrr in favore degli stessi enti territoriali”.
