SAN FLORO(CZ)/ Si è tenuto nel pomeriggio di sabato 14 settembre, nella sede dell’associazione Fiabipark a San Floro, l’evento conclusivo del progetto “Educare – Ulisse in Calabria”, rivolto alla riscoperta del mito di Ulisse, indetto dalla Regione Calabria e finanziato dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, fortemente voluto e sostenuto dall’ARCI Calabria.
Sono stati gli stessi ragazzi coinvolti nel progetto a presentare i lavori, le opere realizzate, il diario di bordo delle uscite e, guidati dall’esperto informatico Emanuele Mellace, hanno mostrato il blog presente sul sito web. Un intenso pomeriggio che ha dimostrato il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e i risultati delle varie attività seguite durante gli incontri settimanali: il laboratorio di archeologia e scavo simulato tenuto dall’archeologa Concetta Mellace, di fotografia curato da Antonio Moniaci , di pittura dall’artista Pino Monterosso. Con entusiasmo e passione, attraverso racconti, proiezioni, spiegazioni dei roll-up sul passaggio di Ulisse dalla Calabria, lettura dei lavori sui pc, condivisione del diario di bordo attraverso un touch-screen, i ragazzi hanno fatto rivivere ai genitori e a tutti i presenti lo sbarco dell’eroe omerico nel golfo di Lamezia, e le sue avventure nella Terra dei Feaci.
Molto apprezzata la sfilata con i quadri raffiguranti alcuni dei personaggi principali dell’Odissea, ognuno rappresentato da un bambino. Sono seguite le esibizioni di yoga curate dall’esperta Rita Leone, e momenti musicali. I ragazzi guidati da Andrea Bressi, musicista e esperto di tradizioni popolari, hanno eseguito alcuni brani della tradizionale orale, alcuni in lingua grecanica.
Sono seguiti i saluti e i ringraziamenti dei collaboratori della associazione Fiabipark Rita Garieri e Marilena Bressi.
Soddisfatta la presidente dell’associazione Fiabipark, Maria Carmela Bonaparte, per la riuscita dell’evento, per la partecipazione e il successo del progetto che ha interessato e coinvolto molti bambini e ragazzi del circondario.
Considerati i risultati raggiunti e l’entusiasmo dei ragazzi partecipanti si sta programmando di continuare a viaggiare con Ulisse, alla riscoperta dei borghi, dei personaggi, delle leggende e delle tradizioni calabresi.
