Un uomo di 34 anni è stato arrestato dagli agenti delle volanti della Questura di crotone, intervenuti in un appartamento a seguito di una segnalazione per lite familiare. L’uomo aveva aggredito il padre il quale si era rifiutato di aderire alla sua richiesta di denaro e, all’arrivo degli agenti di polizia, si era barricato in casa. Per entrare all’interno, gli agenti hanno utilizzato il balcone dell’abitazione adiacente, ubicata al primo piano, riuscendo a bloccare l’uomo, che ancora persisteva nell’aggressione al congiunto, con un energico intervento, facendo uso anche del “taser“. L’uomo è stato tratto in arresto per tentato omicidio, sequestro di persona, maltrattamenti in famiglia, resistenza e violenza a pubblico ufficiale, ed associato presso la locale casa circondariale. Il “taser“ è un’arma ad impulsi elettrici che funziona tramite il rilascio di una scarica di intensità regolare, per una durata di alcuni secondi. Gli agenti delle volanti, che per la prima volta a Crotone, in questa occasione, hanno fatto uso di questa arma, ne sono stati dotati recentemente.
