Produzione, detenzione, cessione di sostanze stupefacenti, porto e detenzione abusiva di armi comuni da sparo. Con queste accuse, i militari del comando provinciale di Reggio Calabria hanno dato esecuzione a un’ordinanza di applicazione di misura cautelare emessa dall’ Ufficio del Gip presso il Tribunale di Palmi nei confronti di 9 persone, fra cui, un intero nucleo familiare, originario di Anoia, i cui componenti, sulla base delle valutazioni del Gip di Palmi, si sarebbero resi autori di almeno 30 episodi di cessione, acquisto o detenzione di sostanze stupefacenti di varia tipologia, in particolare marijuana e hashish.
L’operazione, denominata “Good”, è l’epilogo di un’indagine condotta dai militari della Compagnia di Taurianova sotto il costante coordinamento della locale procura della Repubblica.
Le indagini sono state avviate nel gennaio del 2021, quando, nel corso di un controllo in strada, i militari della stazione Carabinieri di Nicotera Marina (VV) hanno fermato due minorenni provenienti dalla piana di Gioia Tauro, trovati in possesso di alcuni grammi di marijuana. Gli accertamenti hanno permesso di risalire all’identità di uno degli indagati, accusato di aver ceduto lo stupefacente ai due sedicenni.
Il quadro indiziario ha poi portato gli inquirenti a identificare i responsabili nei destinatari della misura cautelare, ritenuti responsabili di a vario titolo anche aver detenuto armi comuni da sparo – due fucili e una pistola. Due degli indagati si sarebbero anche vantati di avere fatto, nella notte di Capodanno del 2021, il tiro al bersaglio contro la segnaletica stradale in Contrada Tubà, frazione di Anoia dove dimorano i catturati.
I numerosi fotogrammi raccolti nell’ambito dei vari servizi di osservazione svolti, hanno permesso il riconoscimento dei principali indagati, nonché l’attribuibilità soggettiva agli stessi della realizzazione della piantagione di piante di canapa indiana, realizzata in Contrada Tubà e sequestrata dai militari dell’Arma nel 2021.
L’esito degli accertamenti tossicologici sulle piante in sequestro ha permesso di stabilire un THC pari a quasi 5.000 dosi. Se immessa sul mercato, infatti, è ipotizzabile che la sostanza stupefacente avrebbe consentito di realizzare ingenti guadagni. Il Gip di Palmi ha disposto la misura cautelare della custodia in carcere per 2 degli indagati, per 5 gli arresti domiciliari e l’obbligo di presentazione alla Polizia Giudiziaria per i restanti due.
