REGGIO CALABRIA/ Sequestro da 5 milioni e mezzo di euro nei confronti di tre fratelli reggini, tutti imprenditori,
che avrebbero cercato di sfuggire alla riscossione coattiva di debiti per un milioni e 200mila euro dismettendo fraudolentemente i beni del patrimonio aziendale di una società di capitali. Militari del Comando Provinciale della Guardia di Finanza di Reggio Calabria, con il coordinamento della locale Procura della Repubblica-Dda, hanno eseguito il sequestro preventivo di 4 società di capitali e relativi patrimoni aziendali, beni immobili e beni mobili registrati,
per un valore complessivo stimato in oltre 5,5 milioni di euro.
I tre imprenditori, mediante talune cessioni di rami d’azienda dissimulate da singole operazioni di vendita, avevano trasferito i beni in altre quattro società appositamente costituite, risultate formalmente intestate ai figli e ad altri prossimi congiunti ma sottoposte all’influenza e comunque all’etero direzione degli indagati.
In relazione alle risultanze delle attività di cui sopra, il G.I.P. del Tribunale di Reggio Calabria, accogliendo la
proposta avanzata dalla locale Procura della Repubblica – D.D.A. diretta dal Procuratore Giovanni Bombardieri, – allo stato del procedimento ed impregiudicata ogni diversa
successiva valutazione nel merito – ha disposto l’applicazione del sequestro preventivo dell’intero compendio aziendale delle quattro società di capitali costituite per la realizzazione del sopra descritto disegno criminoso, nonché dei beni immobili e mobili registrati oggetto delle alienazioni simulate, per un valore complessivo stimato in oltre 5,5 milioni di euro.
