Sono 175 i migranti arrivati nelle ultime ore nel Centro di accoglienza di Isola Capo Rizzuto. Lo riferisce la Prefettura di Crotone. “Nella tarda serata di lunedì – detto in una nota – sono giunti 77 dei 122 migranti, di nazionalità afghana, tra cui 2 nuclei familiari con bambini molto piccoli, sbarcati domenica scorsa a Roccella Jonica. Inoltre, nelle prime ore di oggi, nel Porto di Crotone, si è verificato il primo sbarco del 2022. Sono giunti sulle coste di questa provincia 98 migranti, di cui 50 minori stranieri non accompagnati, in gran parte di nazionalità egiziana, i quali, dopo le prime operazioni di accoglienza sul porto, sono stati trasferiti nel Centro dove trascorreranno il periodo di isolamento fiduciario. La macchina organizzativa, attivata immediatamente dopo che la Guardia di Finanza ha intercettato e condotto al Porto l’imbarcazione, coordinata dalla Prefettura, con l’ausilio della Polizia di Stato, dell’Azienda Sanitaria Provinciale e della Croce Rossa Italiana, in qualità di Ente gestore del Centro di accoglienza, ha consentito di gestire in maniera efficace le operazioni, nel rispetto di tutti i protocolli sanitari ed in piena sicurezza, garantendo l’immediata predisposizione di un’adeguata accoglienza per i migranti giunti sul territorio”. “I servizi di ordine pubblico all’interno del Regional Hub, gestiti dalla Questura di Crotone, ai quali concorrono anche i militari dell’Esercito Italiano Reggimento bersaglieri Cosenza, nell’ambito dell’Operazione Strade Sicure, hanno visto impegnati gli operatori per garantire la necessaria cornice di sicurezza funzionale alla successiva sistemazione dei migranti”.
