Un incendio divampato all’interno di un appartamento ha creato il panico questo pomeriggio in un condominio alla periferia di Crotone dove interi nuclei familiari si sono dati alla fuga dopo che il fumo aveva invaso l’intero stabile. Il fuoco è divampato sul balcone dell’appartamento nel quale abita una persona che è riuscita a mettersi subito in salvo. L’allarme è stato lanciato da un carabiniere fuori servizio che transitava nella zona e che ha avvisato le famiglie residenti nel condominio invitate ad evacuare subito lo stabile per il timore che le fiamme raggiungessero la caldaia dell’appartamento. Immediato l’intervento di una squadra dei vigili del fuoco del comando provinciale di Crotone che con l’autoscala ha raggiunto il balcone sul quale era scoppiato l’incendio riuscendo in breve a domare le fiamme e a chiudere il gas evitando danni peggiori. Sul posto anche le ambulanze del Suem 118 e della Croce rossa italiana di Crotone che hanno assistito le persone che si trovavano nel condominio. Gli ingegneri dei vigili del fuoco, insieme ai carabinieri, hanno poi svolto un sopralluogo nell’appartamento interessato dalle fiamme per scoprire la causa dell’incendio.
