La Procura della Repubblica di Catanzaro chiuso le indagini a carico di 24 persone coinvolte nell’inchiesta ‘Farmabusiness’ con la quale nel novembre dello scorso anno gli inquirenti fecero luce sul tentativo della cosca Grande Aracri di Cutro di inserirsi nel commercio dei farmaci attraverso il reimpiego dei capitali illecitamente accumulati. Oltre agli esponenti del clan cutrese, nonché alla moglie, alla figlia e al fratello del boss Nicolino Grande Aracri, l’indagine vede coinvolti anche professionisti e politici. Come l’ex presidente del Consiglio regionale della Calabria Domenico Tallini, di Forza Italia, accusato di concorso esterno in associazione mafiosa e di voto di scambio politico mafioso. Tallini si sarebbe adoperato per favorire la nascita dapprima del Consorzio Farma Italia e fargli ottenere senza intoppi l’autorizzazione dalla Regione Calabria a svolgere l’attività di grossista di medicinali, quindi della società Farmaeko specializzata nella commercializzazione di farmaci da banco nella quale era stato assunto il figlio Giuseppe, giovane commercialista catanzarese. Attività imprenditoriali che avrebbero preso il via grazie ai capitali della cosca cutrese che mascherava il riciclaggio dei soldi sporchi con una girandola di false fatturazioni. In cambio Tallini avrebbe ottenuto sostegno elettorale da parte della cosca.
A fare da tramite tra il politico e l’organizzazione criminale sarebbe stato Domenico Scozzafava, molto vicino alla cosca catanzarese dei Gaglianesi, testa di ponte della cosca Grande Aracri nella limitrofa provincia, accusato, tra l’altro, di avere fornito un importante contributo “occupandosi degli interessi economici del sodalizio, con riguardo agli investimenti dei proventi dall’attività della consorteria, la cura delle operazioni imprenditoriali, anche sofisticate, partecipando alla riunione, con altri esponenti di vertice del sodalizio, in cui se ne stabilivano le strategie”. Un ruolo preminente, per la buona riuscita dell’affare lo avrebbe svolto, quindi, l’avvocato Domenico Grande Aracri, fratello del boss Nicolino la cui posizione è stata invece stralciata e le indagini a suo carico proseguono. Nicolino Grande Aracri di recente aveva fatto intendere di voler collaborare con la giustizia ma i magistrati della Dda non lo hanno ritenuto credbile, anzi hanno avanzato “il sospetto che l’intento collaborativo celasse un vero e proprio disegno criminoso”, ovvero quello di scagionare la moglie Giuseppina Mauro, la figlia Elisabetta e il fratello Domenico, a loro volta coinvolti nell’inchiesta Farmabusiness e destinatari dell’avviso di conclusione indagini notificato dalla Dda.
