Definito il programma di vaccinazioni anti covid della provincia di Crotone. Lo ha illustrato questa sera il commissario straordinario dell’Asp di Crotone Domenico Sperlì intervenendo alla conferenza dei sindaci dell’Asp crotonese convocata dal sindaco Vincenzo Voce e alla quale ha partecipato l’assessore alla Tutela della Salute Carla Cortese. Sperlì ha illustrato le varie fasi che si stanno già svolgendo sul territorio cittadino e provinciale e i successivi passaggi che caratterizzeranno il programma vaccinale. Sono stati individuati punti vaccinali territoriali nella città di Crotone, presso i locali dell’Azienda sanitaria in località Farina ed un secondo punto all’interno del presidio ospedaliero San Giovanni di Dio. Sono stati inoltre costituiti 4 team mobili per l’esecuzione delle vaccinazioni con i quali sono stati già vaccinati operatori sanitari residenti nelle strutture sanitarie residenziali del territorio provinciale così come presso i punti cittadini sono stati vaccinati gli operatori sanitari ospedalieri. Dal 1 marzo è quindi iniziata la seconda fase del piano di vaccinazione anti covid cui verranno sottoposti gli appartenenti alle forze armate e di polizia, di polizia penitenziaria, il personale carcerario e i detenuti, il personale operante nei luoghi di comunità civili, religiosi e negli altri servizi essenziali.
Il programma di vaccinazione contempla ora l’immunizzazione degli anziani. Allo stato rientrano nella categoria degli ultra ottantenni 10.471 residenti nella provincia di Crotone da vaccinare in maniera prioritaria. E’ stata adottata, in condivisione con i medici di medicina generale, la scelta di iniziare la somministrazione agli over 80 procedendo a scaglioni secondo un ordine dagli stessi medici individuato per i propri assistiti. Le vaccinazioni saranno eseguite nei punti vaccinali già individuati dall’Asp nella prima fase e ricorrendo ai team mobili per raggiungere questa fascia di popolazione distribuita nei vari comuni della provinciale utilizzando anche le sedi periferiche dell’azienda. L’inizio di questo programma è previsto per il 5 marzo e i soggetti interessati verranno contattati direttamente dai propri medici di famiglia. Si procederà successivamente a questa fase, sempre in base alla disponibilità e alla tipologia dei vaccini, a sottoporre a vaccinazione i soggetti rientranti nelle categorie individuate per ordine di priorità dal ministero della Salute: persone estremamente vulnerabili di qualsiasi età a partire dai 18 anni; persone over 70; persone con aumentato rischio se infettate da covid 19; persone di età compresa tra i 18 e 65 anni senza condizioni che aumentano il rischio. Il commissario Sperlì ha precisato che la problematica maggiore è costituita dalla disponibilità delle dosi sufficienti per poter procedere alla più ampia copertura vaccinale possibile secondo l’ordine di priorità previsto, problema presente a livello nazionale. L’Azienda, comunque, proseguirà il programma di vaccinazione in base alle consegne e alla tipologia dei vaccini in collaborazione con i medici di medicina generale e con i comuni.
