Si sono riuniti nella giornata odierna i Segretari generali provinciali e comprensoriali di CGIL-CISL-UIL Cosenza, Calabrone e Guido per la CGIL, Lavia per la CISL, Castagna per la UIL.
L’incontro è servito ad analizzare le emergenze in corso e a individuare le priorità dell’azione sindacale territoriale.
Per CGIL-CISL-UIL le recenti incertezze del Commissario ad acta Guido Longo, in relazione alle linee guida regionali per l’adozione degli atti aziendali di ASP e AO, riflettono una situazione di stallo. «Purtroppo – dichiarano i sindacalisti – non registriamo ancora l’inversione di tendenza auspicata nella guida della sanità regionale. Rispetto al Decreto del Commissario ad acta 33 del 22 febbraio, che corregge il DCA 31 pieno di errori ed omissioni, per CGIL-CISL-UIL non ci possono essere passi indietro rispetto al precedente DCA e agli impegni assunti sulle Case della Salute e sugli ospedali da riattivare, perché altrimenti non avremmo imparato nessuna lezione da questa pandemia.
Ma perché ciò possa avvenire realmente – proseguono i Segretari generali provinciali e comprensoriali di CGIL-CISL-UIL Cosenza –, bisogna procedere con le nuove assunzioni di personale sanitario, senza le quali questo DCA come i precedenti resteranno solo sulla carta, così come la riorganizzazione della rete ospedaliera, dell’emergenza-urgenza, della rete della medicina territoriale, il potenziamento delle USCA, dell’ADI e gli infermieri di comunità, che sono priorità condivise.
Per queste ragioni, la prima azione dovrà essere quella di portare a termine in tempi brevi il piano straordinario di assunzione, il che potrà avvenire nei limiti delle risorse di cui al D.L. 150/2020.
Ma questo non basterà, le nuove assunzioni saranno appena sufficienti a sopperire ai pensionamenti degli ultimi anni. È questo il vero punto di caduta del Decreto Calabria, che non destina le risorse necessarie per le assunzioni indispensabili ad assicurare i LEA, punto sul quale il nuovo Governo dovrà intervenire.
