“La Camera di commercio di Crotone prosegue nella sua attività a favore dello sviluppo delle infrastrutture del territorio e, nello specifico, del porto. Due progetti presentati dall’Ente camerale sono stati ammessi a finanziamento su bandi del Ministero delle infrastrutture”. Ne dà notizia un comunicato dell’ente camerale. “Il primo progetto, denominato ‘Calagreen’, di importo pari a 980.000 euro – si aggiunge – è risultato primo nella graduatoria provvisoria pubblicata dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti con riferimento all’avviso pubblico per la formulazione di proposte progettuali, nell’ambito dell’Asse D ‘Green ports’, finalizzate alla realizzazione di interventi di sostenibilità ambientale nei territori delle regioni Campania-Puglia-Basilicata-Calabria e Sicilia. Il progetto ‘Calagreen’ è finalizzato a rendere il porto di Crotone all’avanguardia rispetto ai dispositivi di rilevazione dei parametri ambientali e meteorologici dell’area di mare antistante la città. Mediante tecnologie innovative, gli enti preposti potranno rilevare in tempo reale parametri fondamentali rispetto a situazioni ambientali di criticità e predire eventuali eventi calamitosi che metterebbero a rischio non solo le operazioni marittime ma anche il territorio circostante”. “Il secondo progetto, denominato ‘Kruise Hub’, di importo pari a 90.000 euro – si afferma ancora nella nota – è giunto al venticinquesimo posto su 185 progetti presentati a livello nazionale nella graduatoria provvisoria pubblicata dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti con riferimento all’avviso pubblico per la formulazione di proposte progettuali, nell’ambito dell’Asse C ‘Accessibilità turistica’, finalizzate a migliorare l’accessibilità e l’attrattività di siti di interesse turistico di particolare pregio storico e culturale. Il progetto è finalizzato a realizzare la variante al Piano regolatore portuale prevista dal Masterplan approvato dall’Autorità portuale di Gioia Tauro e dalla Camera di commercio di Crotone”. “Accogliamo con soddisfazione – ha detto il Commissario Straordinario della Camera di commercio, Alfio Pugliese – la notizia dell’ammissione dei due progetti a questa prima fase istruttoria dell’avviso. Insieme ai tecnici stiamo già lavorando per presentare le osservazioni finalizzate a sciogliere la riserva ed accedere compiutamente alla graduatoria definitiva. Questo è l’ennesimo risultato dell’alacre operato svolto dalla Camera di commercio di Crotone per riprendere in mano le sorti delle infrastrutture del nostro territorio e potenziare quelle strategiche, come il porto – prosegue Pugliese – Soprattutto nell’ultima consiliatura la Consulta marittima costituita dall’Ente camerale e presieduta dal Consigliere con delega alle infrastrutture Francesco Lagani ha lavorato in stretta sinergia con l’Autorità portuale affinché il porto di Crotone divenisse idoneo ad accogliere i traffici commerciali e turistici che merita. Ciò a vantaggio non solo del sistema economico ma anche dell’intero territorio che trarrebbe grande beneficio a livello urbanistico e sociale da un compiuto sviluppo dell’infrastruttura portuale”.
