Sono tre i cosiddetti “impresentabili” alle elezioni regionali in programma in Emilia Romagna (uno) e in Calabria (due). Lo ha annunciato il presidente della commissione Antimafia, Nicola Morra, in apertura della seduta di giovedì 23 gennaio. Su un terzo nome in Calabria sono in corso verifiche che dovrebbero concludersi “nella giornata di oggi”.
Morra ha spiegato che, all’esito dei controlli, un candidato in Emilia Romagna è risultato “aver riportato una condanna in primo grado che, ai sensi della legge Severino, in caso di elezione comporterebbe la sospensione della carica”; in Calabria, invece, due candidati sono risultati “in posizione rilevante ai sensi del Codice di autoregolamentazione”.
I candidati per i quali sono emerse, dopo i controlli della commissione Antimafia, “condizioni di ostatività alla candidatura”, sono Mauro Malaguti (Giorgia Meloni-Fratelli d’Italia) in Emilia Romagna e Giuseppe Raffa (Forza Italia-Berlusconi per Santelli) e Domenico Tallini (Forza Italia-Berlusconi per Santelli) in Calabria.
Secondo quanto riferito al termine della seduta da Nicola Morra, presidente dell’Antimafia, Malaguti risulta essere stato “condannato in primo grado ad un anno e 4 mesi per peculato”; Raffa risulta “rinviato a giudizio per corruzione in concorso e sotto il vincolo della continuazione”; Tallini risulta “rinviato a giudizio per più fattispecie di corruzione e induzione indebita a dare e promettere”. Morra ha spiegato che la posizione di un terzo candidato in Calabria “verrà definita solo oggi, dopo l’udienza in rito abbreviato e l’eventuale accertamento di responsabilità in ordine ai reati di abuso d’ufficio e falso”.
