“Il commissario del Pd Graziano dovrebbe rimuovere dalla sua memoria e dalla sua indole fasi ormai archiviata dalla storia, lo stalinismo e una concezione dittatoriale della vita politica, che invece è fatta di pluralismo e di democrazia”. A dirlo è stato il presidente della Regione, Mario Oliverio, a Lamezia Terme per inaugurare la sede regionale del suo Comitato elettorale, commentando con i giornalisti le dichiarazioni del commissario del Pd calabrese, Stefano Graziano, secondo cui chi non sostiene la candidatura di Pippo Callipo è fuori dal partito. “Graziano – ha aggiunto Oliverio – si guardi intorno e veda che qui c’è il Pd. Se 5000 iscritti sottoscrivono un documento ci sarà una ragione, se 250 sindaci, tra cui tutti i sindaci del Pd, sottoscrivono una proposta di mia candidatura una ragione ci sarà. Di quale partito parla Graziano? Mi auguro, e insisto, e rivolgono un appello a Zingaretti affinché – ha rilevato Oliverio – assuma personalmente la direzione di questa vicenda. Zingaretti, a parte i ‘consigliori’, ascolti sindaci, iscritti, forse della società civile, imprenditori e si faccia dare valutazioni. Io sono un dirigente del Pd. Non sarà Graziano a cancellare o ledere la mia storia e la mia dignità. Mi auguro che Zingaretti possa riprendere le fila di questa situazione e possa, senza condizionamenti e senza farsi prendere dalla foga del momento, riprenda le fila di un cammino che ancora possa consentire una ricomposizione. Lo dico in primo luogo – ha concluso Oliverio – per la Calabra e poi per il Pd, che per la generosità dei suoi militanti non merita questo trattamento”.
