Un gruppo di lavoratori del Corap, il Consorzio regionale per lo sviluppo delle attività produttive da alcuni mesi in stato di grave crisi economica è finanziaria, ha inscenato, lunedì 21 ottobre, un sit-in di protesta davanti la sede del Consiglio regionale per chiedere risposte sul loro futuro lavorativo e sul futuro dell’ente. La manifestazione, promossa dai sindacati Cgil, Cisl, Uil e Ugl, è stata organizzata in concomitanza con le odierne sedute congiunte sul Corap della prima e della seconda Commissione e delle commissioni speciali Anti’-ndrangheta e Vigilanza del Consiglio regionale: la seduta congiunta della prima e della seconda Commissione è stata aggiornata a domani mattina per mancanza del numero legale. Le commissioni sono state convocate per esaminare le tre proposte di legge regionale relative al Corap: la prima in ordine di tempo è di iniziativa dei consiglieri Michele Mirabello, Orlandino Greco e Giuseppe Giudiceandrea e prevede la liquidazione coatta amministrativa del Consorzio regionale Attività produttive, la seconda è di iniziativa del consigliere Domenico Giannetta, e infine la terza proposta di legge è dei consiglieri Giuseppe Giordano, Demetrio Battaglia, Giuseppe Aieta, Carlo Guccione, Domenico Bevacqua e prevede la creazione di una Agenzia regionale nella quale possano confluire i lavoratori e il patrimonio del Corap. I lavoratori del Consorzio regionale attività produttive e i sindacati hanno annunciato che il sit-in proseguirà anche nella giornata di domani, in concomitanza della nuova seduta congiunta della prima e della seconda Commissione e della seduta del Consiglio regionale.
