“Io farò di tutto: stiamo approntando il Programma operativo per i prossimi due anni e faremo il nuovo fabbisogno”. Lo ha detto il commissario ad acta della sanità calabrese, Saverio Cotticelli, a margine di un vertice nella Prefettura di Catanzaro, con riferimento alla vertenza dei precari del settore che oggi hanno inscenato un corteo di protesta nel capoluogo calabrese contro i loro licenziamenti. In Prefettura Cotticelli ha anche incontrato una delegazione di questi precari, accompagnati dal sindacato Usb. “Il problema dei precari – ha poi spiegato Cotticelli parlando con i giornalisti – ci ferisce il cuore. No siamo persone feroci, purtroppo abbiamo una legge che dobbiamo intanto applicare e poi con l’aiuto del governo – mi sono fatto portavoce e il ministro si sta impegnando in questo senso – si lavora per trovare uno strumento legislativo che consenta il recupero di queste professionalità, che sono persone perbene, che lavorano e sono un valore aggiunto per l’ospedale in cui lavorano. Purtroppo, sono incappati nella spada di Damocle di una legge che, ovviamente non per colpa loro, prevedeva che entro 48 mesi dovevano essere regolarizzati. Io – ha aggiunto il commissario – voglio difendere questi lavoratori, perché sono due volte vittime: dovevano essere stabilizzati e non è stato fatto, hanno fatto dei concorsi e non li hanno stabilizzati, e intanto la legge fa i suoi effetti e devono essere licenziati. Però io farò di tutto: sto approntando il Programma operativo per i prossimi due anni, faremo il fabbisogno nuovo di personale, che sarà piuttosto cospicuo perché sarà arricchito dallo sblocco del turn over e quindi potremo sostituire tutto quel personale che è andato in pensione regolarmente o per ‘Quota 100’. Quindi, una volta che sapremo esattamente quanto personale potremo assumere, vedremo di trovare una norma che – ha sostenuto ancora il commissario – possa recuperare tutto questo personale incappato nei 48 mesi, che sono una risorsa per il sistema salute”.
