La Commissione regionale contro la ‘ndrangheta e la corruzione è stata convocata per il prossimo 9 ottobre con un punto all’ordine del giorno: “audizioni in merito alle procedure di rotazione ordinaria del personale dirigenziale di livello non generale della Giunta regionale”. La convocazione era stata annunciata martedì 1 ottobre dal presidente della stessa Commissione, Arturo Bova, che, in una nota, aveva stigmatizzato “la mancata adozione di tutti gli atti e i provvedimenti necessari alla definizione del conferimento degli incarichi di funzione dirigenziale non generale della Giunta regionale”, definendola “una gravissima violazione di legge che si configura come mancato compimento delle misure anticorruttive previste dal Piano triennale di prevenzione della corruzione (Ptcp), previsto dalla legge 190/2012”. Per le audizioni del 9 ottobre nella commissione regionale contro la ‘ndrangheta e la corruzione sono stati convocati l’assessore regionale al Personale, Mariateresa Fragomeni, il segretario generale della Regione Calabria, Ennio Apicella, la responsabile della prevenzione della corruzione e della trasparenza della Giunta regionale, Ersilia Amatruda, il dirigente generale del Dipartimento regionale Organizzazione e Risorse umane, Bruno Zito, i rappresentanti di Cgil, Cisl, Uil, Ugl, Csa-Cisal e del sindacato Fedirets.
