“La nascita di un nuovo Governo mi auguro possa essere l’occasione per il superamento del Decreto Sanità Calabria”. E’ quanto afferma, in una nota, il Presidente della Regione Calabria, Mario Oliverio. “A questo proposito – si legge – condivido ed apprezzo l’appello che i docenti delle università calabresi hanno rivolto al segretario del mio partito, Nicola Zingaretti. I dati di questa prima fase attuativa sono evidenti, così come inconfutabile è l’elevamento del rischio a danno della sicurezza dei cittadini e di una elevata esposizione professionale degli operatori sanitari. Sarebbe poco responsabile fare finta di non sapere che nel periodo che ci separa dalla entrata in vigore della legge, inoltre, si registra un aumento ed un mancato controllo dei costi a fronte di un ulteriore abbassamento dei livelli essenziali di assistenza. La proposta di rinegoziazione che proviene dall’interno delle università calabresi – sottolinea Oliverio – potrebbe essere anche un giusto ed imparziale modo per risolvere il contenzioso in atto tra Stato e Regioni sui limiti di costituzionalità di alcune norme contenute nel provvedimento. Sarebbe quantomeno auspicabile che si possa riconoscere, nella piena coerenza costituzionale, l’autonomia e la responsabilità di programmazione e gestione delle Regioni magari accompagnate da una attività di vigilanza e monitoraggio ministeriale. Non ho dubbi -conclude il Presidente della Regione- che il Pd riconosca il tema come prioritario nella definizione del programma del nuovo Governo. Confido, in ogni caso, sulla sensibilità del Presidente Conte e su una riflessione dello stesso Movimento 5Stelle, affinché la questione possa essere rinviata ad un esame della Conferenza Stato – Regioni, ovviamente previa sospensione del provvedimento attualmente in vigore”.
