La campagna referendaria per il Lavoro della Cgil Calabria è approdata all’Università Magna Graecia di Catanzaro. Davanti al Rettorato di Germaneto si sono ritrovate le categorie della Cgil che riguardano lavoratrici e lavoratori occupati nel contesto universitario. FLC Cgil, FILCAMS Cgil, FP Cgil, FIOM Cgil, FILLEA Cgil, FLAI Cgil e CGIL Area Vasta hanno fatto volantinaggio e illustrato le questioni sulle quali il sindacato intende incidere. La Cgil, che ha raggiunto 13mila firme in poche settimane di campagna, punta a rendere il lavoro più dignitoso, tutelato, sicuro e stabile chiedendo un impegno comune per cambiare il Paese. In particolare, il referendum punta a garantire il diritto alla reintegrazione nel posto di lavoro in caso di licenziamento illegittimo andando ad abolire la norma del Jobs Act che lo limita a chi sia stato assunto dopo il 2015. Il Sindacato mira anche a cancellare il tetto massimo di indennizzo in caso di licenziamento ingiustificato nelle piccole aziende, affinché sia il giudice a determinare il giusto risarcimento senza alcuna soglia e a superare la precarietà dei contratti di lavoro eliminando la liberalizzazione dei contratti a termine confinandone l’uso a causali specifiche e temporanee. Per rendere il lavoro più sicuro nel sistema degli appalti la Cgil punta, infine, ad abrogare la norma che esclude la responsabilità solidale delle aziende committenti nell’appalto e nel subappalto, in caso di infortunio e malattia professionale della lavoratrice o del lavoratore. Passi importanti che -secondo la Cgil- andrebbero a minare le fondamenta del precariato e dello sfruttamento e ad incidere concretamente sulla sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro.
